SPOUSE / GUEST POLICY

Your hotel stay at the resort is valid for two guests per room. Your spouse/guest is welcome to join you during your stay. There will be an additional cost of $125/night for the additional guest in a standard room and $145/night in an upgraded room. These rates are valid starting 3 days before the event and end 3 days after the close of the event. Contact Iva Radivojevic to add your additional guest and/or discuss extending your stay. This is a great way to enjoy some 'R&R' with you spouse/guest. However, to ensure the best retreat experience with your fellow editors, during the retreat your spouse/guest is not permitted to join you during any sessions, however they can join you during planned social activities.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the limited size of the event, cancellations of the Editors Retreat are non-refundable. However, fees paid (less a $250 administrative fee) may be applied towards future Editors Retreat events or classes at any Future Media Concepts training center.
