SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES 2010

The Editors Retreat is an exclusive summit for highly experienced film, TV and video editors. Taking place January 2010 in Miami Beach, Florida, the Retreat goes far beyond a typical seminar. Attendance is limited to 40 to 70 qualified applicants, and is available only by approved application. The Retreat has networking as its top priority, and focuses instruction on aesthetics, workflow and integration. It's an intensive, interactive environment that fosters creativity and the exchange of ideas at the highest level.

Sponsorship packages available:

1. "With Special Support From..." - Limited to 3 spots - $9,500

• Your logo will prominently appear on the homepage of the event website, recognizing you as 1 of only 3 main Industry Sponsors.
• Your logo will prominently appear on all collateral materials, to include the Retreat website, print ads, print promotional pieces, promotional e-mails, brochures and the Show Program.
• Your logo will appear on all show organizers' signage at the venue, including in training rooms.
• Option to provide a Luncheon Keynote.
• Opportunity to place a promotional item in the Attendee Welcome Bag.
• Two (2) VIP Passes to the Editors Retreat.
• Complete ownership of the attendees’ mailing list, for sales follow-ups.

2. Gold Sponsorship - Limited to 2 - $4,500

• Logo, as Gold Sponsor, on some collateral materials to include the Retreat website, select print ads, select print promotional pieces, promotional e-mails and Show Program.
• One (1) VIP Pass to the Editors Retreat.
• One-time access to the attendees mailing list.
